Program & Fees:

Our Fitness Evaluation leads to the development of a custom designed fitness program, geared specifically to a client's individual needs and personal goals.

Each program focuses on the main components of health and fitness:     

  • Cardiovascular Endurance     
  • Muscular Strength     
  • Joint Health & Mobility 
  • Nutrition

       The customized program sets realistic goals and begins with a mutual commitment by a Fitness 121 Personal Trainer and the client to strive for the best possible results.

       Fees for Personal Training (sessions are 50 minutes)
       10 Sessions    $750
       20 Sessions    $1400
    * Sessions expire 6 months from purchase and are Non-Refundable.
