Our Fitness Evaluation leads to the development of a custom
designed fitness program, geared specifically to a client's individual
needs and personal goals.
Each program focuses on the main components of health and fitness:
Cardiovascular Endurance
Muscular Strength
Joint Health & Mobility
Nutrition
The customized program sets realistic goals and begins with
a mutual commitment by a Fitness 121 Personal Trainer and the client to strive
for the best possible results.
Fees for Personal Training (sessions
are 50 minutes)

20 Sessions $1400
